Accelerate Business Group offers two mentor services from Jim Logan – Advisor and Coach. Both services are designed to provide business leaders and professional’s expert advice, opinion, and guidance to address common and specific revenue and customer-facing challenges and opportunities.
Advisor
Jim’s Advisor program includes three months of unlimited access to him via phone, email or fax. The Advisor program provides business leaders and professional’s unlimited access to feedback and guidance on particular topics of sales, business development, lead generation, and customer service initiatives, campaigns, and operations.
Things you might work on together with Jim include reviewing a lead generation direct mail piece or campaign, evaluating sales statistics, discussing a market entry plan, identifying a customer loyalty opportunity, analyzing feedback from a sales meeting, establishing an account plan, identifying a prospective new market, etc.
The fee for this service is $1350 if paid in full at the time of program enrollment or $500/mo. A three month commitment is required.

Coach
Jim’s Coach program includes three months of unlimited access to him via phone, email or fax. The Coach program provides business leaders and professional’s unlimited access to structured leadership on particular topics of sales, business development, lead generation, and customer service initiatives, campaigns, and operations.
This is a guided service whereby Jim works with you to establish plans, milestones, and deadlines for accomplishing specific sales, marketing, customer service, and general business initiatives. Jim will monitor progress and lead your interactions to accomplish your business objectives.
Things you might work together with Jim include creating a specific lead generation campaign, coordinating the launch of a product or service, establishing a customer service function, managing your sales pipeline, evaluating business partners and sales channels, create a sales cycle, develop lead qualification processes, etc.
The fee for this service is $2700 if paid in full at the time of program enrollment or $1000/mo. A three month commitment is required.
